Meet Our Founders
Our organization was founded with the vision of empowering rural communities and promoting participatory development at the grassroots level. The founder believes that sustainable development is possible only when citizens are aware, responsible, and actively involved in shaping the future of their villages.Through initiatives focused on rural leadership, youth empowerment, and governance awareness, the organization aims to inspire individuals to work selflessly for the welfare and progress of their communities. The founder’s mission is to build a network of responsible rural citizens who contribute to inclusive and sustainable village development.
Abhishek Singh
Founder and Managing Director
Abhishek Singh is the Founder and Director of Karmyogi Grameen Samruddhi Foundation. Born and raised in Varanasi, he completed his schooling there and developed a deep connection with grassroots communities from an early age. He later pursued his Master’s in Construction Project Management (2019–2021) from RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Noida, where he built a strong foundation in planning, development, and infrastructure.
In 2021, he started CastleCrew Construction, beginning his professional journey in the construction industry. While growing in his career, he remained closely connected to his roots and felt a strong responsibility to contribute to society. This led him to establish the NGO, with a vision to bring real and lasting change in rural areas through awareness, participation, and community empowerment.
He believes that true development begins in villages—when people actively participate, youth lead change, and women are equally empowered. His goal is to build self-reliant and sustainable rural communities and develop model villages that reflect unity, growth, and inclusiveness, contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
Akanksha Dubey
Founder and Director
Akanksha Dubey, Founder and Director, was born and brought up in Varanasi. She holds a B.Tech in Food Technology from Amity University, Noida.
She began her professional journey as an entrepreneur, founding Etoile Salon Private Limited in 2021, and also serves as a Director at Castle Crew Construction Private Limited. Alongside her business ventures, she has always been driven by a strong commitment to social development.
With a deep understanding of grassroots challenges, Akanksha founded the NGO with a vision to promote inclusive growth and community empowerment. Her work focuses on raising awareness, strengthening local participation, and supporting sustainable development initiatives.
Akanksha believes in creating sustainable impact through awareness, capacity building, and collective action, working closely with rural communities to bring meaningful and long-term change.
